While the past couple of years brought about significant challenges in global supply chain operations across all industries, Qosina put several measures in place to mitigate the impact to our customers and reduce the risk of component shortages. We stay in close contact with our partners and frequently monitor supply chain activity; we offer second sourcing and alternatives for many products; and we have proactively increased stock levels. Supply chain disruptions are beginning to wane, and we expect positive changes to continue. Even though it’s early in the first quarter, we’ve already completed some key initiatives. Our brand-new cleanroom is now fully operational. This expansion for our pick and pack process shows our commitment to being an important part of the supply chain and an approved supplier to the medical device and bioprocess industries. We’ve also recently launched our Irradiate to Order service, which offers our customers a convenient way to purchase pre-irradiated single-use bioprocess components. You can select from more than 1,200 components for single-use bioprocess applications, and easily purchase small quantities of individually packaged components, irradiated at greater than 25 kilogray.

In the following pages, you’ll see that we added new and innovative components, plus many additional features to help make your product search easy and intuitive. Qosina offers complimentary samples of many items for testing purposes so you can determine which component is right for your application. When your finished product moves to production, please reach out to us to discuss your quantity and delivery requirements. There may be quantity discounts that can be achieved through blanket orders. We’ve made a number of enhancements to our website to create the ultimate customer experience. Those upgrades include:

• A Bioprocess Resource Center for updates on new products, supply chain and regulatory issues and other topics related to the design, development and manufacture of single-use systems

• Improved website self-service features—such as product documentation, sample requests and create a quote—which help expedite your component search and provide you easy access to required regulatory information

• A dedicated landing page for Qosina Europe, which exclusively supports our European customers. The website includes a detailed project request form so you can easily request assistance with your projects. While Qosina continues to change and grow, one factor remains constant: we are committed to providing you with exceptional customer service and thousands of stock components with backup documentation and quality controls to support finished products in the highly regulated industries we serve.
